Dose:
Vaidyaratnam Sapthasaram Ghrutham should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the following tips are followed to have the decoction.
- Have the ghee twice a day
- Take the supplement before meals
- Take 10-20gm of the medicated ghee every day
- Take the decoction along with jaggery, ghee, long pepper or rock salt
