Ingredients:
Coriander, Red Chillies, Turmeric, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Cardamom Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg.
Direction:
Shallow fry two chopped onions in four table spoon oil.
Add one cup chopped tomato and stir till the oil separates from masala.
Add paste (mixing four tea spoon Roopak Subzi Masala in 3/4 cup of water) to fried onions & tomato mix. Stir for two minutes on medium flame. Add 4 cups chopped mixed vegetables & 1 cup water
Add salt according to taste.
Let it boil & simmer until the vegetables are soft.
