Svastya organic farms Cultured Ghee is not made from fresh cream or Malai. Fresh milk is boiled, let to cool naturally, inoculated with a Curd starter, and fermented overnight. During the predawn hours (Brahmamuhurtham), the curd is churned to separate fresh white butter (Vennai/Benne) using the ancient 'Bilona'-clockwise-anticlockwise slow churning, which is then clarified over firewood.Ingredients:
