This license does not include:

7. Risk of Loss

All purchases of physical goods are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Title

Please review our Return Policy for detailed information about returns and refunds.

Grab2Buy does not take title to returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment center.

In certain cases, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.

9. Discount Codes, Store Credits, and Gift Cards

Grab2Buy may issue store credits, discount codes, and gift cards as part of promotional activities.

Only one promotional offer (discount code, store credit, or gift card) may be used per order.

Promotional Policy:

  • All coupons, codes, and offers (“Coupons”) are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled without notice
  • Each Coupon is valid only until its stated expiry date
  • Orders placed using expired coupons will be invalid
  • Grab2Buy is not responsible for any loss resulting from coupon cancellation or expiration
  • Grab2Buy reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer at any time

10. Product Descriptions

Grab2Buy strives to be as accurate as possible.

If a product purchased from Grab2Buy is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

11. Pricing

We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing. However, errors may occur.

If the correct price of a product is higher than the listed price, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel your order and notify you.

We do not charge your payment method until your order enters the shipping process.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All products and services provided through Grab2Buy are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

Grab2Buy does not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The quality of any product or service will meet expectations
  • Errors will be corrected
